Whilst it is the duty of each traveller to ensure all necessary documentation for their destination is in place, such as valid visas and passports with 6 months validity and 2 clear pages, as well as health requirements, HH will offer support should any traveller need this assistance.

We can work with you to understand what can often be complex entry requirements and regulations and offer our guidance as you prepare your paperwork for the trip.
Each traveller must pay for all travel related costs and it is the traveler’s responsibility to check the requirements for all travel-related paperwork needed for their trip.

HH is not responsible should any visas be denied or any traveller refused entry to a destination. Should this happen, HH will abide by the cancellation policy for each specific trip.

Furthermore, we strictly advise all our travellers to adhere to local regulations and laws, for the best possible experience.
